OVERVIEW OF PROGRAM

Monoline 350 units, or 250 units to include AL, PD, Cargo and WC. Retentions and deductibles start at $100,000 and go up. The requirements to quote are outlined on this page. All requirements must be met and nothing can be left out. WGI has worked out with AIGRM a time table to provide these quotes to you. If you send in a risk that is complete with all of the required underwriting information, we should be able to provide a quote to you within two to three weeks depending on the size of the risk. No short cuts will be taken. WGI will provide the professional underwriting and loss control and claims oversight function. These are very competent underwriters and risk managers under-writing your accounts. They will also provide assistance to you when explaining to your clients the features you will be providing to them. WGI will also be able to assist you in determining for your clients the retentions or deductibles they can take through careful analysis of the balance sheet and review of the losses for the past five years minimum preferably seven.

In general, Auto Physical Damage and Motor Truck Cargo will apply to intermediate and long haul trucking accounts with one to forty-nine power units and any class of transportation with more than fifty power units. The other lines, Workers' Compensation, Auto Liability and General Liability will apply to larger fleets of any class of transportation with more than 250 power units if written on a multi-line basis and at least 350 power units if written on a mono-line basis (see detailed information by line).

CLAIMS PROCESS FOR MASTER FACILITY / POLICY

All claims need to be faxed to NTA, Inc.
(402) 933-6831................Phone (866) 278-7789

  • The Claim should be accompanied by an "Accord" loss notice

  • A current (less than 2 months old) MVR must accompany the claim report.  If you do not provide an MVR, we will run an MVR for you at a cost of $10.00 per MVR - Paid in Advance (credit card only).

Requirements and Documentation Needed
  1. Completed Application. If we know which market we are going to use, its best to use that specific market's application. Many times we will go to more than just one market, one application is required.
  2. Currently valued loss runs for the past 5 policy terms for all lines of coveragebeing quoted.
  3. Depending upon the size of the account, most markets will want details of any loss over $25,000. If the account is over a 100 units, that threshold might be increased up to $50,000 or $100,000.
  4. The most recent annual financial statement. C&F usually asks for the past 2 annual statements along with any interim statements which might be available.
  5. MVR's for all drivers. This sometimes gets very cumbersome for accounts with more than 50 or so units. That depends on the underwriter and the over all quality of the account.
  6. Driver schedule including driver name, date of birth and the date of hire.
  7. IFTA reports for the past 4 quarters.
  8. Most larger accounts will have some sort of written safty procedures. Copies will be helpful.
  9. Equipment List. Indicate if equipment is company owned or owner/operator. Include year, make, model, garage location, and current market value if providing physical damage quote.
  10. Copies of any permanent lease and trip lease agreements. Also any hold-harmless agreements, interline, interchange, or intermodal and sub-hauler agreements.
  11. Copies of all operating authorities.
  12. The insured's FEIN.
