Workers Compensation

  • Under $100,000 unmodified premium - available in most states (minimum $10,000)

  • Between $100,000 and $1,000,000 - available in most states

  • Over $1,000,000 - large deductible programs available in most states

  • Specific Specialty Contractors coverage is available

  • Three years of loss runs or loss letter if owner/operator

  • WCIRB worksheet if California risk; if outside California, need the NCCI worksheet

  • Acord application 125 and 130 completed and signed by the client

Umbrella Liability

  • Up to $10 million in limit available on small business products

  • Underlying carriers must be A- VII (A.M. Best rated)

  • Most classes acceptable

  • Up to $20 million available on preferred classes

  • Standalone Umbrella coverage available for more than 500 eligible SIC codes
