Procedure for Requesting Loss Runs
Effective
August 10, 2009, direct all requests for loss runs via fax at
(858) 444-3261, Attn: Angel or via email at: aocegueda@wintergroupinc.com.
To
check on the status of your loss runs, Contact your
underwriter at Winter Group. Please DO NOT call or email Angel
for a status. Once Angel receives the loss runs he will forward
to your underwriter.
You
can find your underwriter on our web page at Find
My Underwriter. Note: a username and password are
required to access that page. Select your name from the drop down box
and your underwriter will be listed next to your name. If
you cannot find your name in the list, call our toll free number
(800)-211-2860 and ask to speak with your underwriter.
