1. 1 at fault accident maximum for last three years.
2. 3 speeding infractions are maximum for last three years.

3. Maximum Radius for this program is 500 miles (250 miles for placarded commodities).

Underwriting Guidelines

CA DMV (MCP-65) filings will be issued by WGI.
